1. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quotation, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. No physical signature is required. Your deposit confirms acceptance.
2. Project Initiation
All projects begin once a quotation is approved and a deposit is received. Typically, a 60% deposit is required unless otherwise stated. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Project Process
- Client completes a creative brief and provides all required content
- Project is scheduled into workflow
- Initial designs are delivered within agreed timelines
- Proofs are shared for review and approval
4. Revisions
Two revision rounds are included. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate content, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
6. Payments
The remaining balance must be paid before final files, websites, or assets are delivered. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of Donald The Consultant until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final approved work is transferred to the client.
8. File Delivery
Final files will be delivered digitally. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing files once shared.
9. Confidentiality
Any confidential information must be communicated in writing before the project begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or business interruption resulting from our services.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for projects that are unlawful, unethical, or violate our values.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
